If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a ladies' bag, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Bag must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Must have original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

2. Refund Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, we will notify you.

Refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 working days after approval.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to reflect in your account.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Discounted or sale items

Gift cards

Any bag with signs of use, odor, stains, or damage caused by the customer

Customized or personalized bags
4. Exchange
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you need a different bag/style, please return the original bag (as per above policy) and place a new order separately.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the bag was received damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective ladies' bag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID

Clear photos/video of the defect or damage
We will arrange a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.
7. Refund on Cancellation

If you cancel an order before shipment → 100% refund in 6–8 working days.

If you cancel after shipment → normal return policy applies.
