If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a ladies' bag, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • Bag must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • Must have original tags and packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.

2. Refund Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned bag, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed within 6 to 8 working days after approval.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take extra time for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any bag with signs of use, odor, stains, or damage caused by the customer

  • Customized or personalized bags

4. Exchange

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you need a different bag/style, please return the original bag (as per above policy) and place a new order separately.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the bag was received damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective ladies' bag, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/video of the defect or damage

We will arrange a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost.

7. Refund on Cancellation

  • If you cancel an order before shipment → 100% refund in 6–8 working days.

  • If you cancel after shipment → normal return policy applies.
