2. Products & Pricing

  • We try to display bag colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings.

  • Prices for our ladies' bags are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Cancellation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • Payment verification fails

    • Pricing error is discovered

  • You can cancel an order before shipment by contacting our support. No cancellation is allowed after shipping.

4. Payment

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available methods on Shopify.

  • All payments are securely processed. We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is mentioned at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather, or customs.

  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you once the bag is delivered.

6. Refund Policy

  • All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (available separately on our website).

  • Refund time is 6 to 8 working days after approval.

  • No refund for used, damaged, or sale bags.

7. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To harass, abuse, or harm others

  • To upload viruses or malicious code

9. Limitation of Liability
